Mr. Steve Campbell served 27 years in law enforcement, retiring as Chief of Police in Port Hueneme, California in 2000. Prior to his appointment as Chief, Steve served with the Glendale, California Police Department for 23 years. At age 19 he started as a Police Cadet, assigned to the Property Room....
Mr. Campbell has served on the Board of Directors for the International Association for Property and Evidence, Inc. since the newly constituted board met in April 1997. For over nineteen years, Steve has instructed with IAPE and has done property room audits for police agencies throughout the United States.
Mr. Campbell bachelor’s degree is in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and has completed graduate studies at the University of Southern California, UCLA and the University of Virginia. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, Class 189.
Presently Mr. Campbell is the Accreditation Manager for IAPE conducting Property and Evidence Room Assessments throughout the United State.
