| Robert Giles
retired as a lieutenant from the Burbank Police Department with 30 years
of service. He has extensive experience in field and investigative operations,
including emergency operations management.
He received both
a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration
from California State University, Northridge. He attended the prestigious
Delinquency Control Institute at the University of Southern California
and the FBI's National Academy Class #170 at Quantico, Virginia.
The International
Association for Property and Evidence selected Lieutenant Giles to
serve on its Board of Directors as Secretary, and he travels frequently
to conduct IAPE seminars. He has over
ten years experience in conducting and writing Evidence Room audit reports
for law enforcement agencies throughout North America.
